290 EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION in Oklahoma City/Tulsa seeks a JVSG Regional Manager to oversee veteran employment services within the field operations region. You will supervise staff, conduct audits, review casework for compliance, and coordinate with partner agencies to ensure effective service delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and a valid driver’s license, with on-site duties and occasional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in business/organizational development preferred.
Ability to manage field operations and audits.

Responsibilities

Provide direct management, evaluation, and operational guidance to localized Veteran Employment Coordinators within the assigned region.
Conduct routine localized field audits to ensure staff are balanced in executing duties in accordance with state and federal rules.
Review case files and documents created by field staff to ensure compliance with state quality checklists and timely documentation entry.
Provide supervisory oversight for regional case-conferencing channels and ensure staff transition client cases efficiently.
Partner with AJCs and OMES Veteran Placement Department across the region to ensure integration into the local workforce delivery system.
Review data to identify performance gaps and design corrective action plans as needed.
On-site attendance is essential, involving direct interaction with staff, clients, and on-site resources.
