Novaris Search is currently partnered with an established, highly progressive and collaborative leader within the veterinary industry in the search for a Regional Operations Manager for their portfolio of hospitals.

Our client is continuing to expand their portfolio through M&A and Denovo and to support this growth is rapidly expanding their operations team.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing operations for 6-10 GP and UC hospitals
• Oversight for P&L within portfolio, driving revenue, streamlining efficiencies and increasing profit
• Building impactful relationships with the doctor and hospital teams
• Supporting in scaling the business through integrating additional locations into portfolio
• Build a positive culture within the field team through consultive leadership
• Mentor and develop the team to drive operational performance and scale hospitals
• Up to 60% travel within assigned territory
