Job summary

NVA General Practice is seeking a Regional Manager of Ops to lead a portfolio of veterinary hospitals across the territory. You will drive operational excellence, partner with medical leadership, and develop leaders while delivering financial and service outcomes.

Travel up to 80% is required as you coach hospital leaders, implement SOCs, and align sites with the company’s standards and strategic plan to grow client satisfaction and hospital performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.
• 4+ years of multi-site business operations experience.
• Travel up to 80% is required.
• Veterinary/animal health management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and drive hospital performance across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Medical Operations and hospital leaders to implement SOC and initiatives.
• Develop territory business strategies and enhance client experience.
• Oversee onboarding and transition of new hospitals and staff training.
