Job summary

Wellvana Health is seeking a Regional Manager, Value-Based Care to lead partner delivery, focusing on execution, consistency, and foundational performance improvement across our value-based care partners.

You will maintain regular partner touchpoints, track initiatives, drive action items, surface risks to leadership, and help providers and health systems achieve shared savings while preserving provider independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, administration, or care delivery.
• Experience supporting healthcare partners or operational delivery teams.
• Familiarity with value-based care concepts preferred.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Ability to operate within defined plans while flagging emerging issues.

Clarity on the Role:

The Regional Manager, Value-Based Care executes the Partner Success delivery model for smaller or early-stage value-based care partners. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and foundational performance improvement. The Regional Manager ensures partners receive reliable, high-quality support while surfacing insights and risks to leadership.

• Surface risks, barriers, and insights to Regional Directors in a timely manner.
• Support retention efforts through responsive and dependable execution.
