You will hire, train, coach and assess performance, build territory relationships, and ensure KPI tracking across the region. This is a full-time, national role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Business degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail and sales management experience required.
• Superior leadership with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative and problem solving.
• Autonomy with excellent time management.
• Travel about 50% of the year to US markets; flexible hours.
• Experience managing by P&L standards across the entire business unit.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM is a plus.

• Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet goals.

• Track merchant visits, events and KPI results.
• Develop territory relationships through networking.
• Provide daily direction, training and guidance to retain the team.
• Determine staffing requirements per client and company directives.
• Ensure training of sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Document counseling and terminations following procedures.
• Contribute to launch-related activities as needed.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as required.
• Oversee extended territories as needed.
• Dress and act professionally.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
