SROA Capital is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple districts within a specified region. The role focuses on driving performance, staffing and delivering five-star customer service while growing revenue and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in leadership, financial analysis, and property-management software proficiency, with the ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours across several sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred.
• 10 years in a supervisory position preferred.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training and developing teams.
• Strong financial, analytical and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to visit multiple properties within the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in multiple districts and ensure adherence to policies.
• Guide district managers to resolve operational challenges and hit performance goals.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across districts.
• Monitor revenue, occupancy and expenses and manage annual budgets.
• Recruit, train and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure five-star customer service across all properties.
• Establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
