Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site field team across North America. You will drive operational efficiency, manage site staff, and oversee budgets, maintenance, and overall regional performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of multi-unit supervisory experience (property management, retail, or hospitality).
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with the capacity to coach teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with multiple software platforms.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a multi-unit field team through training and mentorship.
• Drive regional sales growth and meet targets set by Region Senior Leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess regional performance.
• Oversee site maintenance, tenant relationships, and vendor management.
• Conduct weekly site inspections and participate in head-office reporting.
