Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of stores across the assigned region, driving growth and profitability while promoting leadership and direction within its market. The role requires ownership mindset, strategic planning, and strong team development.

You will manage hiring, performance, and cost controls for a district, travel to listed offices, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize multiple projects and handle interruptions; work under pressure.
• Travel flexibility and ability to lead 20–35+ employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize NOI.
• Drive strong operational performance of the portfolio.
