Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC in the United States is seeking a District Manager to own and grow our portfolio of stores within the assigned region, driving growth and profitability while providing leadership, vision, and direction.

You will lead the team, develop plans to meet sales goals, and manage operations across multiple locations. The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail leadership and a willingness to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lead 20-35+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize NOI.
• Drive strong operational performance of the portfolio of businesses.
• Inspire, lead, develop the team.
• Monitor and improve sales, cost management, employee management and safety.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve business performance.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures and code of ethics.
• Manage employee performance including hiring, termination, discipline, development and management.
• Manage escalations and approvals in a timely and thorough manner.
