Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site field team, drive operational efficiency, and manage budgets across our North American storage portfolio. You will mentor site managers, oversee maintenance, and ensure service delivery aligns with our brand standards.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a multi-unit supervisor role, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-unit supervisory role, preferably in Property Management, Retail, or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with various software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to a multi-unit field team, including managers, through mentorship and training.
• Drive regional sales growth by meeting targets set by Region Senior Leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess region performance and identify improvements.
• Oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor contracts across facilities.
• Attend weekly head office meetings to report occupancy, budgets, and regional strategies.
