Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of self-storage stores in the assigned region. You will own district operations, drive sales, optimize NOI, and promote leadership and direction across markets.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel to designated locations within the district. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in building ownership and accountability in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize the portfolio NOI.
• Enable and drive strong operational performance of the assigned portfolio of businesses.
• Inspire, lead, develop the team.
• Monitor and improve sales, cost management, employee management and safety.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve business performance.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures and code of ethics.
• Manage employee performance including hiring, termination, discipline, development and management.
• Manage escalations and approvals in a timely and thorough manner.
