Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience in residential or human services settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential homes and staff teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, Medicaid waivers, and certification standards; readiness for audits and inspections.
• Promote individual choice and ISP/BSP-driven planning; support families and participants.
