Dungarvin inc is seeking an Area Manager in Indiana to lead multiple residential programs, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and support person-centered services. You’ll collaborate with families, individuals served, and stakeholders to promote quality care and program stability.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, and on-going staff development across assigned sites in Lafayette and Kokomo. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD/DD or similar settings, with supervision experience.
• Understanding of person-centered supports and Medicaid/HCBS/waivers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adopt new tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach staff across multiple residential programs.
• Ensure program operations are compliant and audit-ready.
• Promote person-centered planning and family collaboration.
• Monitor staffing, program performance, and on-call coverage.
