Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple residential homes in Indiana, providing leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered services in compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements.

You will supervise staff, support program operations and audits, drive staff development, and partner with individuals served, families, and community stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and consistent, compliant care across all programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Experience: 2–3+ years supervising or managing residential or community-based services.
• Program knowledge: understanding of person-centered supports and Medicaid HCBS/waiver regulations.
• Technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapting to new technology.
• Licensure & transportation: valid driver's license and current driving record per insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff across multiple homes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations to stay compliant with licensing, Medicaid, and organizational standards.
• Support staff development, onboarding, scheduling, and training across programs.
• Collaborate with staff, families, individuals served, and community partners to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
