Job summary

Dungarvin in Indiana is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple residential homes and staff across Lafayette and Kokomo. You will lead program operations, ensure compliance, and support individuals in pursuing their goals with person-centered planning.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in IDD or community-based services, with strong Microsoft Office skills. A driving role with travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with IDD, long-term care, or community-based services, including supervisory/management experience.
• Understanding of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff across multiple residential programs.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure person-centered, compliant service delivery.
• Promote independence and ISP fulfillment for individuals served and families.
• Participate in on-call rotation and address emergencies as needed.
