Job summary

Dungarvin in Indiana seeks an experienced Area Director to oversee IDD/DD residential programs across Lafayette and Kokomo regions. You will lead leaders, drive strategic growth, and ensure compliance with Medicaid/HCBS standards while maintaining person-centered service delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, licensing, audits, and cross-site collaboration to improve outcomes for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs/sites.
• Understanding of Medicaid/HCBS Waiver standards and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers and Program Directors to ensure program consistency and quality across regions.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, licensing, and program performance.
• Maintain person-centered service delivery and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
