The role emphasizes staff development, program operations, and on-call problem solving, with 2–3+ years in related settings and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD; supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid waivers and HCBS preferred.
• Proficiency with technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services remain person-centered and compliant.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff across assigned programs and support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training.
• Promote individual choice, independence, and ISP/BSP alignment while addressing family concerns.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies or operational concerns as needed.
