Dungarvin inc is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple residential homes, lead staff teams, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services in Indiana. You will drive program operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance across assigned programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and collaboration with families and community partners to maintain quality care and operational stability within a multi-site footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health).
• 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD/DD or similar settings, with supervisory experience.
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance and Medicaid/HCBS/CIH waivers preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech platforms.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance terms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support staff across residential programs; promote accountability and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations to keep services compliant and audit-ready.
• Promote individual choice and ISP/BSP-driven planning with families and stakeholders.
• Monitor staffing, on-call coverage, and program performance in partnership with leadership.
