Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience within the parking industry or related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and execute on parking management assignments from various owners.
• Plan, develop and execute the overall business plan.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with customers and tenants.
• Identify parking needs for Towne Park projects and plan parking components.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial reports to meet facility goals.
• Review client statements and perform portfolio revenue analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for facilities in the portfolio.
