Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience within the parking industry or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build client relationships, and effective budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage parking management assignments for multiple accounts.
• Develop and execute the overall business plan for the portfolio.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and tenants.
• Work with Business Development to identify parking needs for new Towne Park projects.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial reports to meet facility goals.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
