Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee financial, operational, safety, and service performance across assigned properties. You will manage a portfolio of commercial lots and garages within a designated zone, driving profitability and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Towne Park standards.

The role includes analyzing payroll and expenses, coordinating staffing, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree and minimum two years of related experience.
• Must have two+ years in a management role with P&L experience.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive business metrics and performance to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Improve financial performance and profitability of accounts.
• Forecast staffing and schedule to meet client service standards.
• Ensure safety procedures and client service standards are followed.
• Oversee end-of-month payroll analysis and location expenses.
