Job summary

Colonial Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Manager for a Multifamily portfolio. You will lead a small team, coach community managers, perform property inspections, and oversee operations and budgets, while providing client relations and ensuring compliance.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in multifamily operations with 250+ units, strong budgeting, financial analysis, and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience managing 250+ units and leading a team of employees.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis and market knowledge required.
• Experience with multifamily asset management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the community manager, assistant property manager and roving maintenance technicians.
• Perform inspections of properties.
• Client interaction and relations.
• Accountable for the operational and financial performance of portfolio.
• Preparation and revision of operating budgets.
• Writing of monthly variance and property update letter to clients.
• Financial statements analysis (Balance Sheet, Income & Expense).
• Review property delinquency and enforce lease terms.
• Vendor negotiation and supervision.
• Bid and supervise capital improvement projects.
• Ensure legal compliance at all properties.
• Review advertising and marketing for properties.
• Client communications - meetings & written.
• Resolve escalated tenant issues to promote retention.
