CONAM Management Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead two regions (AZ and NV), oversee budgeting, leasing performance, and regulatory compliance across a growing multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience in regional multi-family management leadership.
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Proven ability to drive leasing performance and owner objectives.
Knowledge of fair housing and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

Measure and track property-level leasing performance to meet owner and budget objectives.
Analyze regional financial results against annual operating budgets.
Manage corporate and site associates in compliance with employment laws.
Monitor training compliance and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisitions on recruitment and onboarding.
Ensure fair housing and fair employment law compliance.
Maintain familiarity with property-level regulatory programs.
Proactively communicate regional performance to owners.
Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
