Job summary

Sharp Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Regional Community Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. The role drives occupancy, revenue, expenses, and customer service while developing onsite teams.

You will oversee operations, conduct site visits, monitor budgets and performance, and partner with ownership and asset management to implement property strategies. Travel between communities is required to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Property Managers and onsite teams in achieving occupancy, revenue, expense, and customer service goals.
• Oversee property operations, conduct regular site visits, and ensure communities meet company standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, collections, occupancy, renewals, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor onsite teams while building a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Partner with ownership, asset management, and corporate leadership to develop and execute property strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Support marketing, leasing, retention, renovations, capital improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
