Job summary

Perkins American Food Co. is seeking a Regional Manager, Operations to oversee a portfolio of Perkins restaurants. You will lead through people, coach General Managers, and drive sales, profitability, and guest experience across multiple locations.

This hands-on, multi-unit leadership role requires strong operations, P&L acumen, and the ability to develop leaders, review performance, and set action plans. Travel throughout the region is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and P&L management.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate it into action.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across the region.
• Drive sales, profit, labor, food cost, productivity, and operational goals.
• Build leadership pipeline and bench strength for future opportunities.
• Ensure guest experiences meet Perkins standards for quality and service.
• Review performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Manage payroll, cash, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate staffing and training with GMs for success.
• Oversee facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety practices.
