A dynamic hospitality company is seeking a Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurant operations across South Dakota. This role requires proven leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience in multi-outlet management. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and support General Managers. Compensation includes a base pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with a potential annual bonus up to $20,000. Comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B/Full-Service Restaurant management.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L statements.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing restaurant management teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
• Ensure operational excellence and cleanliness across all units.
• Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures.
• Provide guidance and leadership to General Managers.
• Manage various administrative and financial functions.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
