You will lead staff, manage onboarding, and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, a high school diploma (college preferred), and strong communication skills to coordinate tasks across teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• One to two years in a supervisory role, preferably in food service.
• Excellent communication with employees, guests and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, gift cards and payment-related processes accurately.
• Oversee staff training and recruitment, including new hire orientation.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard and safety guidelines.
