Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Regional Manager, Operations to lead multiple Perkins locations. You will coach General Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure top-notch guest experiences across your portfolio.

You’ll analyze financial data, develop action plans, and partner with corporate teams to support regional initiatives. This hands-on role requires travel and a passion for cultivating talent at scale.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
• Drive sales, profit, labor, food cost, and productivity targets
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and take action
• Travel across assigned region to provide hands-on support and coaching
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Gen Mgrs and leadership teams across the region
• Drive achievement of sales, profit, labor, and food cost goals
• Build leadership bench strength for future opportunities
• Ensure guest experiences meet Perkins standards of quality and service
• Review performance and develop action plans to improve results
• Manage payroll, cash, inventory, and operating expenses
• Staff appropriately and train teams for success
• Maintain facilities and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety practices
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and report risks to leadership
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits with Gen Managers
• Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and stakeholders on regional initiatives
• Champion fairness, respect, accountability, and high performance
