Job summary

POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations in Upstate NY and New England. You will guide sales center managers, drive revenue growth, and manage operations across a multi-store network.

The role requires 7+ years in sales or operations management, knowledge of pool and spa products, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Travel is expected, with a compensation package that reflects regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or operations management for a multi-store company.
• Knowledge of industrial product lines such as pool and spa equipment, chemicals, or construction materials.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to sales center managers and staff to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive regional performance by developing and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple locations.
• Monitor budgets, forecast performance, and adjust plans to improve market share and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and operational procedures.
