Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee two or more business operations in upstate NY, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead center managers, set strategic direction, and manage regional budgets and initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in sales/operations management, strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales or operations management position for a multi-store company.
• Knowledge of industrial product lines such as pool and spa equipment, chemicals, construction materials, plumbing supplies or similar goods.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire in a positive and effective manner.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and travel within a designated area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage two or more business operations to grow sales and profitability.
• Provide guidance to sales center managers and staff to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Coach and motivate teams to achieve regional, center and individual targets.
• Oversee P&L progress and adjust as needed to meet operating plans.
• Implement regional marketing plans to achieve annual performance and market-share goals.
