Job summary

Poolcorp, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee two or more operations across upstate NY, from Buffalo to New England. The role drives sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across locations with a focus on leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years in sales or operations management, strong knowledge of industrial products, and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a sales or operations management role for a multi-store company.
• Knowledge of industrial product lines such as pool and spa equipment, chemicals, construction materials, plumbing/electrical supplies.
• Ability to lead, coach, delegate and inspire in a positive manner.
• Demonstrated negotiation and communications skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and willing to travel.
• Hold a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to sales center managers and staff to achieve annual revenue, profit and asset goals.
• Coach and motivate teams to meet regional and center targets.
• Manage P&L progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Execute regional marketing plans to drive performance and market share.
• Oversee assets, policies, and procedures in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Support the Division GM by identifying initiatives and contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
