Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of manufactured housing communities across Maryland and Virginia. This leadership role drives operational performance, financial results, team development, resident satisfaction, and community compliance.

The position reports to the President of Manufactured Housing, supervising Community Managers. The role offers a salary of $95,000–$120,000 with up to 15% bonus and a phone allowance, and requires

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years regional manager or multi-site portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• ARM, CAM, CPM or other industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and financial performance of assigned communities.
• Coach and support Community Managers and site teams.
• Conduct property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent growth, collections, and resident relations.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and employee development.
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Oversee vendor relationships, capital projects, and community improvements.
