You will drive performance, mentor Community Managers, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction while coordinating with senior leadership.

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years in regional manager or multi-site leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and financial performance of assigned communities.
• Coach and support Community Managers and site teams.
• Conduct property visits, inspections and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent growth, collections and resident relations.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, training and employee development.
• Ensure policies, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
