Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years regional manager or multi-site portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• ARM, CAM, CPM or other industry certifications are a plus.

• Coach and support Community Managers and site teams.
• Conduct property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
