• Experience in developing annual budgets and preparing monthly variance reports is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure actions and policies align with company standards.
• Evaluate financial goals providing analytical insights.
• Develop a comprehensive Business and Operating Plan.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site personnel.
• Monitor income production and expense management.
• Implement standard operating procedures.
• Maintain communication with owners regarding operational developments.
