• Tax Credit Certification and Project‑Based Section 8 Designation are mandatory.
• Experience in developing annual budgets and preparing monthly variance reports is required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate financial goals providing analytical insights.
• Develop a comprehensive Business and Operating Plan.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site personnel.
• Monitor income production and expense management.
