Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations (LIHTC/Section 42).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial and operational performance across communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expenses.
• Conduct property inspections ensuring compliance with standards.
• Build relationships with vendors and local housing authorities.
