Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of LIHTC/HUD properties in the Northern VA/DC area. You will drive financial performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years multisite management experience, Tax Credit/HUD expertise, a BA/BS, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in YARDI and CPM designation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a multisite manager.
• Tax Credit/HUD experience is required.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• CPM designation strongly preferred.
• Must have high sense of urgency with strong detail orientation.
• Proficient in property management software, especially YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial management of Tax Credit & HUD apartment communities.
• Work with Community Managers to evaluate property performance from an operational and financial perspective.
• Review monthly operating statements and general ledgers; analyze budget variances.
• Approve property budgets and monitor expenses across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple site managers and ensure adherence to ownership structure and income-regulated programs.
