Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a multisite manager.
• Tax Credit/HUD experience required.
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• CPM designation strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze asset value and portfolio performance.
• Strong urgency and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management of Tax Credit & HUD properties.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to assess performance financially and operationally.
• Review monthly operating statements and general ledger.
• Approve property budgets after senior review.
• Analyze and approve expenses across the portfolio.
• Possess market knowledge of assets and ownership structures.
• Provide final hiring approvals for portfolio staff.
• Support managers with performance and disciplinary matters.
