Job summary

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee assigned brick-and-mortar and mobile branches, providing leadership to Branch and Mobile Unit Managers. You will drive customer service, growth initiatives, profitability, and compliance while traveling to branches as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to travel at least 50% with a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
• Through knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers and employees.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
• Use of own car for travel and appointments.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to represent the Bank in a professional capacity at professional and networking functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned brick and mortar and mobile branches.
• Provide leadership and direction to Branch and Mobile Unit Managers.
• Ensure quality customer service, lead growth initiatives, and manage profitability.
• Travel to branches and facilities as necessary (50%+).Develop staff through training and evaluation.
• Coordinate with DRB and other departments on budgeting and product enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services; ensure staff stay informed.
• Ensure branches remain compliant with hiring practices and standards.
• Support annual growth targets for all units.
