The State of Indiana seeks a Regional Manager to oversee licensing staff across Indiana, ensuring childcare facilities meet statutes and regulations. You will collaborate with early childhood professionals, families, and stakeholders to advance the Office of Early Childhood goals.

A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; supervisory experience in relevant programs is advantageous. Travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in Early Childhood or Out of School Time programs.
• Travel is required and may include overnight.
• At least 9+ years of experience may be considered.

• Establish and monitor program objectives, KPIs, and actions to achieve them.
• Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities to ensure operations and productivity.
• Interpret policies and regulations to organizations, government, or officials.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for program problems.
• Prepare monthly finance and accounting reports for budget and grants.
• Coordinate and deliver communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure clear responsibilities and growth.
