The State of Indiana is seeking a Regional Manager for the Vanderburgh Region (Region 7) within the Division of Family Resources. You will provide strategic direction, oversee program accuracy and timeliness, and lead workforce development while ensuring compliance and service quality for Indiana families.

Your role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and an ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders to advance statewide initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of agency and/or organizational programs and business practices.
• Extensive knowledge of State programs and resources, public policy, and program evaluation.
• Ability to develop and/or measure program outcomes.
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with public and private leaders.
• Ability to identify problems, use sound judgment to generate recommendations.
• Ability to supervise staff, hire, workload, and evaluate performance.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate regional effectiveness, goal setting, and strategic planning.
• Develop and coordinate regional plans, resources, and mission with goals and expectations.
• Provide guidance to agencies and the public regarding laws and rules.
• Supervise staff including hiring, workload decisions, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor regional budget, revenues, expenditures, and projections.
• Coordinate with officials and media on planning issues and public relations.
