Job summary

State of Indiana seeks a Division Manager to lead the ASCC, USS, and Centralized Deployment teams in a remote role. The position guides regional offices, ensures compliance with child protection laws, and analyzes performance metrics to improve services for children and families.

You will provide expert consultation to directors, oversee quality assurance, and coordinate statewide initiatives to strengthen Indiana families while managing staff and workflow remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (see qualifications)
• One year of experience providing social services to children and/or families
• Advanced knowledge of social work principles, casework, counseling methods, and group/individual treatment
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws governing child protection, foster care, and family preservation
• Ability to supervise supervisory, professional, and clerical staff and manage workflow
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ASCC, USS, and Centralized Deployment teams and manage state-wide operations
• Provide consultation to regional and local office directors on child protection services
• Ensure quality assurance oversight and monitor performance metrics
• Coordinate across the state to support Indiana's mission of protecting children and strengthening families
