Anew in Indiana seeks a Regional Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services for mental health and substance use therapists and case managers. You will guide quality assurance, supervision, and program development across multiple service lines while ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health and/or SUD treatment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use.
• Experience with quality assurance, documentation audits, and accreditation compliance.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Therapists, Substance Use Therapists, and Case Managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment standards.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to maintain compliance with quality metrics.
• Conduct weekly clinical supervision sessions, both individually and in groups, to support professional development.
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based practices are implemented across mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services.
• Provide ongoing training on assessment tools, treatment interventions, and risk management.
• Conduct quarterly QA audits on mental health and SUD services to identify trends, compliance gaps, and training needs.
