BibliU Ltd. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations of multiple college retail bookstores within the assigned region, reporting to the VP of Retail Operations.

You will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service while coordinating budgets, inventory, and staff across locations. Some travel to campuses is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a multi-unit college bookstore or retail operation.
• Proven success in retail management, including profitability, budgeting, merchandising, promotions, and staffing.
• Experience in textbook procurement and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team-building and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operations and personnel of multiple college retail bookstores within the region.
• Drive financial performance, operational excellence, and superior customer service.
• Manage store operations and inventory, including budgeting and monthly/weekly reporting.
• Public relations: meet campus administration several times a year, and recruit/hire/train staff.
• Collaborate with faculty, publishers, and university administration to optimize book orders and store appearance.
