BibliU Ltd. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-campus bookstore operations in the US, with remote work and frequent travel within North Carolina. You will direct store managers, manage budgets, and drive digital access initiatives while maintaining high service standards.

You will recruit and train staff, collaborate with faculty and publishers, and represent BibliU professionally to university leadership. Strong leadership, travel readiness, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of college or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store managers in the designated region.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for stores in the region.
• Ensure inventory levels for textbooks and general merchandise across schools.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of bookstore staff.
• Cultivate relationships with faculty, chairs and publishers.
• Represent the company professionally with campus administration.
