Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations/ regional management within mixed affordable communities and a strong grasp of compliance and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Oversees management of assigned multifamily properties and leads property staff.
• Prepares and monitors operating budgets and reports for owners/investors.
• Develops and deploys effective marketing plans and tenancy strategies.
• Ensures compliance with affordable asset management practices and industry standards.
• Recruits, trains, develops and supervises managers and site-based teams.
• Coordinates staffing and performance management, including disciplinary actions as needed.
