Qualifications

Ideal candidate is based in Nashville with travel to surrounding areas.

This is a remote position with 70% work from home and 30% travel for onsite visits.

About the Role:

We're seeking a Regional Manager to streamline the administrative responsibilities of our marinas; including revenue management, CapEx initiatives, hiring and training, departmental oversight, controlling expenses, customer service and contract management. You will also guide budgets and forecasting, inventory, pricing, and track COGS. You will establish consistent standard operating procedures, KPIs, and tracking tools across all properties. You will be responsible for the overall success of the properties in your portfolio, including storage revenue, service, fuel sales, boat rentals, cabin/condo rentals, and retail.
