Grove Point Marinas seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple marinas nationwide. Based in Nashville with 70% remote work and 30% travel for onsite visits, you will streamline administration, manage revenue, CapEx, budgeting, and KPI tracking across properties.

You will lead training, hire staff, control expenses, and optimize storage revenue, marina services, fuel sales, boat rentals, cabin/condo rentals, and retail, ensuring portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years marina experience with 1–2 years in management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff through effective coaching.
• Hands-on leader who can motivate a team and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue management, budgeting, and CapEx initiatives across multiple marinas.
• Set SOPs, KPIs, and tracking tools to standardize operations.
• Direct hiring, training, and staff development across properties.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, pricing, and COGS; optimize profitability.
• Coordinate 70% remote work with 30% travel for onsite visits and client engagement.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and manage contracts and retail operations.
