Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years marina management or related hospitality/ops experience.
• Proven success in sales, leasing, or revenue generation.
• Strong maintenance operations and fuel dock knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and staff development skills.
• Financial management and budgeting understanding.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marina operations including maintenance, dockage, fuel dock management, boat rentals, and slip occupancy.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Routinely inspect all areas to ensure safety and appearance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and timely repairs for equipment, property, grounds, and docks.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage within budget guidelines.
• Train staff on sales process and customer engagement to drive conversions.
• Manage slip occupancy targets and lead generation through marketing and events.
• Oversee waiting list processes and maintain prospective customer communications.
