Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain properties within the assigned market and travel as directed by the Director of Maintenance. Overnight stays may be required at various locations.

The role involves inspections, routine repairs, and coordinating with Property Maintenance Technicians to keep properties in top condition. Travel within the market is expected, with a focus on safety and timely work orders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to uphold company standards and follow instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain properties within the market as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Travel to locations within the market; overnight stays may be required.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs (tile, flooring, bathrooms, electrical).
• Assist with ordering supplies and scheduling site visits.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and policy compliance.
